We are witnessing the largest behavior change event in recent decades. We should have had a playbook for behavior change strategies during a pandemic. Unfortunately, we do not have one. We can build one though, and there is no better time than now. In a crisis, we have to make a lot of decisions based on imperfect information.

Mistakes will be made.
We will learn and improve.

In a crisis, we have to make a lot of decisions based on imperfect information. There are hundreds of initiatives and messages that Governments, policy makers, businesses, health institutions are pushing through on a daily basis. Decision makers are constantly dealing with important dilemmas, where there is no time to research and find the right answers.

This is the best time to document our learnings.

What have
we done well

What are the

mistakes we made

How could

we have done
it better

Once the fog lifts, a lot of the memories will fade.

We are looking for interventions and strategies being adopted by policy makers, organizations and communities across the globe in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are aware of an interesting piece of information in this regards, please share a news report, article, publication or resource.
